Payment can be made through Paypal (will add a charge of 4%), bankwire, cash. Payment can be made in US dollars, Euro, British pounds.

SHIPPING COSTS

Purchaser pays all shipping costs. Items can be shipped registered or not registered. Customer is responsible for all customs fees and duty charges. Please ask for detailed information on shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a money back guarantee on all items we sell. All of our items are 100 % original period pieces and made prior to may 1945. If we make a mistake, you are covered. You can buy with confidence. Should you decide to return the item (the customer is always right) it must be returned in the same condition as it was send. If an item is damaged, repaired etc... it will be mentioned in the description. We sell items used by soldiers who were participants in historic events. Mint or unissued items will be noted as such, all others will show expected normal service wear

ORDERING

If you want to order, please contact us before you make a payment. Items can be put on hold. This will remain untill the item has been paid for in full and delivered. If for some reason the original party is unable to complete the purchase, it will again be available. Let us know if you're interested in an item that has been placed on hold, this way we can notify you first if it becomes available again. LAY-AWAY: As a customer service, we are pleased to offer lay-away: 30% deposit, and the balance paid off within 30 days of the order. When circumstances warrant special arrangements, we are glad to work with you so that you won?t miss the item that you want. Lay-away orders carry no return or exchange privilege, and delinquent accounts are subject to forfeit of payments made. MINIMUM ORDER FOR LAY-AWAY 100.00 euro.
